Maple Nut Chewy Bars

- In a pot over moderate heat, whisk together the maple syrup, nut butter (or soya butter) and water until mixture is of uniform consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut and sunflower seeds. Stir in the liquid mixture using a wooden spoon.
- Pour mixture into a 9 by 13 inches baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Refrigerate 4 hours before cutting into bars.
