  1. Gradually combine the flour, syrup, eggs and milk in a bowl.
  2. Let stand one hour in the fridge.
  3. Cook the pancakes in a hot non-stick pan with a little butter.
  4. Pour a little bit of batter and cook for one minute each side.
  5. Top with maple butter and maple syrup.
